At Sipjoy, we are committed to delivering your favorite products quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–8 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a delay due to high order volume or supply chain issues, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

International Orders

Processing Time: 30–40 Business Days
Shipping Time: 40–55 Business Days
Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damages & Lost Packages

Sipjoy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged items before filing.
